Our Vision

Making Open Source Technology Accessible to Public Programs.

Neural Oceans is a platform dedicated to making open-source technologies and education accessible to public programs and putting innovation into the hands of our youth.

Visualizing the neurological relationships behind what we think and what we do are steadily growing in innovation and accessibility. Similarly, the human relationship to a machine has evolved from being a simple command and function to a smart tool developed beyond human limitation. Today, machines learn and gradually integrate their algorithms into our preferences to help achieve a desired environment or state of being.

Currently, these technologies are available for sale in the hundreds to tens of thousands of dollars. With sponsorship and support, public programs can 3D print these headsets and assemble them from scratch. Foundations to engineering and Bio-sensing innovation can be propelled by our youths. With a strong community of researchers, knowledge is made available to all. When the hardware is accessible to our most impacted communities, a potential brilliance that remained untapped will now have a chance to grow.
